About FSV Lab
FSV Lab was founded on a conviction: that the institutions shaping the future of finance need advisors who have operated inside the systems they seek to transform.
Our Story
FSV Lab was founded in 2020 by technology leaders, banking executives and blockchain architects who built their careers inside the institutions they now advise. The team brings more than sixty years of experience across digital banking, payments, enterprise architecture, regulatory technology and innovation management.
The firm was created to fill a critical gap in advisory services. Many consultancies lacked hands on experience building and governing financial systems. FSV Lab bridges that gap with strategy grounded in technical depth and institutional insight.
Today, we advise banks, regulators, fintechs and enterprises across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe.

Philosophy
We do not deliver recommendations that cannot be implemented. Every advisory engagement includes a path to execution — with architecture, timelines and governance built in.
We evaluate technology through the lens of institutional readiness, regulatory context and business impact — not hype cycles.
Whether designing identity systems, CBDC architectures or data governance frameworks — trust is the first design principle, not an afterthought.
Financial infrastructure is multi-stakeholder. Our advisory accounts for regulators, banks, fintechs, consumers and technology providers as interconnected participants.

Our advisory reach spans geographies where financial infrastructure is being actively designed, modernized or regulated.
Banking, UPI, DigiYatra, ONDC, CBDC pilots
